The aforementioned Terms and Conditions shall apply irrespective of the General Conditions of Employment which, where applicable, are binding.

The relationship between Tuxe Life, and the USER will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of A Coruña.
